Our staff
Dr. Broadway
Graduate of UCSB undergraduate studies and the University of California, at San Francisco Dental School. She has been practicing family dentistry in our Mill Valley, CA office for 15 years . She is the mother of 2 teenage girls and resides in Mill Valley. Her husband, James Firmage, was born and raised in Mill Valley. She is very involved in the community.
Dr. Broadway is a family dentist and provides comprehensive dental care for people ages 1-101. She continues to take continuing education courses with a focus on children and cosmetics. She feels it is very important to treat the entire family because dental care and oral health is a family matter. Education is a big part of our practice. In order to achieve our goal of a team approach to optimal oral health we spend time discussing treatment and options. We like to take time with our patients and get to know each one so that treatment and education can be customized. We do our best to run on schedule because we value your time. We also ask for the same respect in return and like for our patients to give us at least 2 business days notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
Dr. Anupa Laheri
Associate Dentist
Dr. Laheri grew up in Maryland and moved to California to attend University of Pacific Dental School. She has been a part of our practice since 2004. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, photography, exploring the city, and just enjoying good meals with family and friends.

I Graduated with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene from UCSF Dental School. I have lived in Mill Valley for 25 years. I have two sons active in football and basketball and I enjoy mountain biking and running.

Hi, I’m Farrah, the Clinical manager and Registered Dental assistant at Dr. Broadway’s office. With my experience and knowledge in dentistry, I can make your visit to our office very pleasant and informative. I have had the privilege to work at the side of Dr. Broadway for eight magnificent years. Not only is Dr. Broadway an excellent dentist, she makes the office a fun place for both her employees and her patients.
I have been in dentistry since 1998 in both Northern and Southern California. I currently live in Tiburon, where I have resided for the past ten years. When I am unmasked, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my two kids, decorating my home, and travelling.

I graduated from College of Marin in the Dental Assisting program in 2007. I have been part of Dr Broadway’s friendly team since January 2008. I work alongside Dr. Broadway assisting with xrays, restorative procedures, coronal polishing, and sterilizing and disinfecting instruments. I also give patients instruction in general oral health care and help make patients as comfortable as possible during the time with us. In my free time, I am studying at College of Marin to become a dental hygienist. I also enjoy snowboarding at Lake Tahoe.

I have lived, worked, and raised a family in Mill Valley. I am here to help you with appointment scheduling, finances, insurance processing, and any other questions you may have. As some of you know, when I am not here in the office I enjoy travelling.
